The Report says that still 4.4 Billion People Don't Have Internet Access .And it's not just people in rural or poor countries like you might expect. Twenty large countries — including China, India, and the United States — contribute the vast majority of those 4.4 billion disconnected people. Not only that, about one quarter of world’s population still lacks to infrastructure, such as network access, grid electricity and mobile Internet coverage.

The IMAI reports says that ,In India For the whole year 2013, the Internet user base grew 42 per cent to 213 million, from 150 million in 2012. Of the total user base, mobile Internet users accounted for 130 million in 2013, a growth of about 92 per cent from 68 million in 2012. The year-on-year growth of Internet usage is 28 per cent.

According to a report by Google and Forrester Consulting that Indian e-commerce sector to hit $15 b by 2016. So the above statistics report proven that the Internet usage growth will increase year by year Likewise the E-Commerce Market growth also increase.

The ecommerce industry is very nascent, especially in India. With internet penetration and with gradual demand of debit and credit cards, the ecommerce industry is all set for some good growth numbers in the Upcoming years.
